Return policy
Our return policy is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since you placed your order, we will not be able to return your money or change the product. 

To be returned, the product must not be used and be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To get you back, we need proof of purchase. 

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. 

Returning money (if applicable) 
As soon as the product arrived at us and was inspected, we will email you a receipt. We will also send you a notice stating whether the application has been approved or rejected
If the request has been approved, the refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically issued to the credit card or the payment method through which the payment was made within a few days. 

Delay or no money (if applicable) 
If you have not received the money, check with the bank again. 
Then contact the card issuer as it may take some time before the money reaches the card.

Discount products (if applicable) 
Only for products purchased at full price, you can return. Unfortunately, you can not return products purchased with a discount. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only change products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to change one product to another, send us an email at to get the return address. 


The shipping costs for a return will be borne by you. 

Depending on where you are, the time needed to change a product may vary. 

If you are sending a product worth more than $ 75, it is recommended that you use a transport system that allows you to use a tracking code or purchase a transport insurance. We can not guarantee that we will be in possession of the return.
